Eden Park Nursery is located in the heart of Beeston, on Oakhurst Mount in Leeds. Our nursery is housed in a charming building with a welcoming environment and includes an outdoor garden where children can play, learn , explore, and enjoy nature.

Our Baby Rooms are specially designed to care for babies from a few months old to 18 months, offering a warm, nurturing, and safe environment.
The room features a beautifully designed, calm, and homely interior, thoughtfully equipped with a wide variety of toys and resources to support your baby’s development. Daily activities such as messy play, music time, holistic play, and sensory play are carefully planned to engage and stimulate your little one. To ensure comfort, the Baby Room is equipped with air conditioning, maintaining an ideal temperature year-round.
Babies also have access our outdoor garden, complete with age-appropriate toys, providing a safe and stimulating space to explore. Weather permitting, the garden is used daily to offer fresh air and outdoor play opportunities.
Baby Art is a dedicated & designed to provide uninterrupted opportunities for messy and creative play.
This allows even our youngest children to explore a variety of safe, age-appropriate materials and unleash their creativity while developing essential skills.
It’s truly delightful to introduce babies to different art mediums and watch their excitement and curiosity as they mash, splatter, and experiment with paint and other materials, creating moments of joy and discovery.
From the age of 24 months, children gain access to our entire floor, featuring thoughtfully designed rooms that open onto a large, secure playground. Each space is carefully created to support various learning areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
The children are usually divided into two age groups: 2–3-year-olds and 3–5-year-olds (Pre-School), ensuring their activities are tailored to their specific developmental stages.
Our team plans engaging and age-appropriate activities for each group, fostering growth, learning, and exploration in every room.
Children are introduced to Jolly Phonics and begin their journey with the Oxford Tree Reading Scheme, laying the foundation for their literacy skills.
The room shall soon boast a large tropical fish tank, providing children with the joy of observing and learning to care for the fish, adding a calming and interactive element to their environment.
Our Art Studio is a fantastic space where children can unleash their creativity using a wide variety of artistic materials. This dedicated area supports the ‘Expressive Arts and Design’ aspect of the EYFS curriculum, allowing children to fully immerse themselves in creative and often delightfully messy activities.
The studio provides an excellent platform for children to explore and express their thoughts and feelings through art. Engaging in these activities also helps build their confidence, contributing to their ‘Personal, Social, and Emotional Development’ in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Our Nursery is a dynamic and engaging space where children can immerse themselves in role play, supporting several key areas of the EYFS curriculum, including ‘Personal, Social and Emotional Development,’ ‘Communication and Language,’ ‘Understanding the World,’ and ‘Literacy.’
The Nursery is equipped with a wide variety of resources, such as dressing-up clothes and Small World role-play items, offering endless opportunities for imaginative exploration. To keep the children inspired, the theme of the role-play area changes every term, introducing new and exciting scenarios to capture their interest.
Through these activities, the Discovery Room nurtures children’s creativity and helps them develop a deeper understanding of the world around them, encouraging both imaginative play and meaningful learning.
At Eden Park Nursery, we have created a Sensory Room as a calming and magical space for children to enjoy and relax. While designed with our under-twos in mind, children of all ages can benefit from spending time here.
This enchanting room immerses babies and toddlers in a world of soothing sounds, moving colors, and interactive features. It includes light tubes, a ball pit, images created by disco balls, and adventure-filled tactile walls where children can explore and engage their senses. A color-changing bubble tube and a projector playing nursery rhymes and songs add to the sensory experience.
The Sensory Room also serves as a comforting retreat for moments when children need a break. Whether they’re having a sad day or simply wish to relax with a book in a peaceful setting, this quiet space offers solace away from the energy of the main nursery.

Our garden features a beautiful sensory area filled with flowers and herbs, carefully selected for their vibrant colours and pleasant scents, while ensuring safety for little hands.
Children can unleash their creativity, where resources are regularly rotated to keep the experience fresh and exciting. Sometimes it becomes a dinosaur dig, while other times, children can embark on a treasure hunt adventure.
For those who love wheels, our imaginative track is perfect for scooters, bikes, and cars, encouraging balance, coordination, and imaginative play.
We have huge soft grassed areas complete with tunnels and slides. This versatile space doubles as an outdoor classroom, where we bring learning activities and resources outside, blending education with the joy of being in nature.
